RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the nature of our work, returns are not accepted on personalized products (customized mugs,
embroidery, custom notepads, or personalized 3D prints) unless there is a clear manufacturing defect or
error on our part.
Standard Items
For non-customized 3D printed items, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused
and in original packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
If an item arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will gladly
arrange a replacement.
