TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Customization & Accuracy
For all personalized products (ScribbleTags, Polaroid Keychains, Customized Mugs, Towel Embroidery, and Notepads):
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring all text, spelling, and grammar are correct at the time of order. Once production begins, we cannot change the customization.
- Photo Quality: For Polaroid Keychains and Mugs, the final product quality depends on the photo you provide. We recommend high-resolution, well-lit images.
- Right of Refusal: Creative Maeker reserves the right to refuse any order containing content that is deemed offensive, hateful, or a clear violation of copyright laws.
2. Manufacturing Disclosures (The "Handmade" Clause)
By purchasing from us, you acknowledge the unique nature of our production processes:
- 3D Printing: Items are printed layer-by-layer. Visible layer lines, small surface artifacts, or "z-seams" are normal characteristics of FDM printing and are not considered defects.
- Embroidery: Towel embroidery may have slight variations in thread tension or minor differences in design placement between items.
- Color Matching: Due to differences in monitor calibrations and material batches (filament, ink, or thread), the color of the physical product may vary slightly from the digital preview.
3. Safety & Usage Warning
- Not a Toy: Our 3D-printed clickers, button pins, and keychains contain small moving parts or sharp points. These are not intended for children under the age of 3 as they may pose a choking hazard.
- Heat Sensitivity: 3D-printed items (PLA) can warp or soften if left in extreme heat (e.g., inside a hot car during a Winnipeg summer). Creative Maeker is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage.
4. Shipping & Winnipeg Local Pickup
- Production Lead Time: Standard production is 3-7 business days. During peak seasons (Graduation, Holidays), this may extend.
- Pickup Policy: Local pickup orders must be collected within 14 days of the notification. After 30 days of no contact, the order will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued due to the custom nature of the goods.
- Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Limitation of Liability
Creative Maeker’s total liability to you for any cause whatsoever shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific product in question. We are not liable for any incidental damage resulting from the use of our products.

3D Printing: 3D prints are manufactured layer-by-layer; minor surface textures or imperfections are
normal and not considered defects.
Product Safety: 3D-printed items and small pins are not toys and should be kept away from small children
children due to potential choking hazards.
Colours: Actual product colours may vary slightly from your screen due to monitor settings and material
batches.
Intellectual Property: All designs, logos, and product names created by Creative Maeker are our
intellectual property and may not be reproduced without permission.
